"My Life in My Hand" - Clara Lim Peck Khee, Nanyang Technological University [School of Art, Design and Media], Singapore - "people say you can read your life by looking at the lines on your palm.  i used the same idea and used the colors of my schools to represent them.  to me, the schools i've been to have made me into who i am now.  the background which is made up of blue patches represents who i am, because my favorite color is blue.  the threads sewn in the background represents my past holding me together, because the different schools i attended contributed bits and pieces to make ME:)
